Over the following 8 weeks, you’ll develop concrete skills to grow as a 3X3 Mentor. Key themes include autonomy and self-care, communication, observation, relationship building, ownership, mental balance, dealing with mistakes, reflection, and finding your own style and voice as a mentor.

Anyone who has successfully completed the 3X3 Leader Course.
Can I use the Academy for my MDT program?
Yes. Every workshop, training, or course counts toward the 80 hours required for MDT programs.
Will I get a job after completing the Academy?
The Academy places you in a unique position to develop skills and access our partners. While it opens doors, finding a job is your own responsibility.
Do I have to attend every workshop?
No. You decide which workshops or trainings you want to join. Choose what fits you best.
Where are the workshops held?
At 3X3 Unites HQ on Keienbergweg in Amsterdam, or at partner locations. Details are provided for each workshop.
